02Where can I download the app?
Visit Downloads and choose Windows or macOS. Each card shows installer availability and any published release details. If an installer has not been published, the card states that the download link is not yet available.
03Does this website connect me to a VPN?
Use the installed Windows app to connect to the VPN.
04Does LUNAD keep logs?
The privacy page shows whether an approved logging statement is available and, when published, its scope. A no-logs claim must be supported by that published statement and read within its stated scope.
05How are account and payment data handled?
Account information, payments, diagnostics, and VPN traffic are separate data categories. The privacy page shows currently available information about their handling and retention, and identifies details that have not been published. A statement about traffic logs alone does not describe the other categories.
06Will it work on every network?
Availability can vary by location, network restrictions, and service. Access to every network or website is not guaranteed. Confirm suitability for your situation before relying on a connection.
07Where can I find security audits?
The trust centre lists published audits and supporting documents when available. Each document entry identifies its scope, publication date, and source. If no documents are available, the page makes that clear.
