A good place to start.
Account questions, desktop setup, and connection basics in one place.
How do I create or access an account?
Open the account page and generate your secret 24-digit account number. Save it in a password manager before leaving the page; the full number is shown only when it is created. To return, enter the same number in the sign-in form.
There is no email reset or account-number recovery in the current system. Anyone with your number can use it to sign in, so treat it as a password.
Where do I find the desktop app?
The current Windows app connects through Amnezia Premium using AmneziaWG. Choose a country and see your actual server and connection status.
Explore Shadowsocks, UDP-over-TCP, and QUIC in the desktop connection settings.
Your key determines your locations.
Amnezia assigns a server when you connect. Connected status requires a tunnel handshake; the traffic counters show actual transfers.

What should I include in a problem report?
Write down your operating system, browser or app version, the steps you took, and the message you saw. If possible, try the same steps again so you can describe whether the issue happens consistently.
Remove your account number, session cookies, IP addresses, and unrelated personal information from screenshots or diagnostic files. The contact page shows the status of official support channels.
